Role Overview The Automotive Quality Liaison supports quality activities by working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. This role focuses on quality tracking, documentation, inspections, and issue resolution while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or higher
Strong Microsoft Office
and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
with daily tracking of inventory and materials
Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation
Required Skills
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings and blueprints
Basic knowledge of measurement instruments and inspection tools
Understanding of quality documentation and procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Preferred Skills
Automotive OEM or Tier 1 experience
Exposure to quality assurance or liaison roles
Interest in developing business development and customer-facing skills
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams
