Front Desk Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Abilene Downtown Convention Center
The Front Desk Supervisor will provide guidance and leadership as the Front Office Supervisor and ensure consistent quality of customer service in accordance with Hilton standards.
This brand-new property is located in downtown Abilene near the convention center. It features 200 guest rooms, 23,000 square feet of banquet space and 3 food and beverage outlets (2 restaurants, a marketplace and in-room dining).
This is a Full-Time position. Candidates must have availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays. Some overnights may be required.
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Oversees front desk operations.
Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service in accordance with Hilton standards.
Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
Resolves customer complaints.
Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
