Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism
Pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Operations Manager As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. This includes cultivating a supportive work environment for your team, demonstrating a commitment to families, and overseeing financial, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Track KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance monthly.
Engage families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
Attract, engage, and retain 25‑50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans.
Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations.
Partner with Clinic Admissions Associates, Clinical Directors, and department leaders on operational quality.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of people‑management experience leading large teams across multiple sites or district management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; significant experience may substitute.
High EQ—experience working with children with developmental delays and families.
Strong professional communication with department leaders.
Impact player who is proactive and solution‑oriented, willing to tackle challenges and drive results.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and assume a variety of positions (e.g., bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling).
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Maintain near and far visual acuity and be able to wear necessary PPE.
Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds.
Exposure to moderate‑to‑loud noise on a frequent basis.
Make independent decisions and evaluate consequences.
Perform essential functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards, including meeting productivity standards.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
