Base Pay Range:
$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Job Summary:
This is a dual position with two primary purposes: HR to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with current applicable, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; BOM to assist in the day‑to‑day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations.
HR Responsibilities
Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues for your facility.
Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrators to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.
Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
BOM Responsibilities
Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department.
Maintain and facilitate all invoices, reports, accounting files; monitor and collect accounts receivables; and proper filing in accordance with policies and procedures that govern the accounting functions of the facility.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements to include preparing monthly balance sheet, income, and expense reports, etc., as required.
Assist in the planning and implementation of changes in our accounting system as necessary or directed.

Qualifications HR Qualifications
Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long‑term care.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
BOM Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a high‑school diploma, or its equivalent.
Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
Must have experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
