Support Care Professional Team Lead in 61 - RANKIN COUNTY, MS
location: 61 - RANKIN COUNTY, MS
full-time position, $28,542.30 - $38,960.24 annually.
Agency: Hudspeth Regional Center – one of five state-operated comprehensive regional programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, administered by the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Unit I (Teacher Aide) First‑level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub‑unit or multiple residential locations. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervises direct care staff and assists the Behavioral Health Specialist in conducting inter‑rater reliability. Complies with agency policies and procedures under the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or high school equivalency.
3–5+ years of experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health.
May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
