Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality assurance principles.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and PM software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.
Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within a production environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, assembly automation).
