40014672If you have what it takes to become part of the Vistra family and would like to start a promising career with a global leader, take a look at the exciting employment opportunities that are currently available and apply online.**Job Summary**This position will be responsible for coordination of financial planning and analysis for generation support organizations and assisting financial planning and analysis for operating sites as needed.**Job Description**## Key Accountabilities* Leads the financial projection, analysis, long-range planning and ad hoc financial and operational reporting processes for support organizations including generation services, environmental and safety, supply chain,
generation leadership and operating sites* Leads the development / utilization of planning tools and processes to coordinate capital, O&M cost tracking and reporting* Works closely with the operation team, development team and other members with FP&A to understand variance in costs;
Actively monitors actual results compared to plan, projection, and prior year for their region to ensure targets are met or exceeded* Works closely with leaders from each function group supported to summarize financial results, provide corrective action as needed and support ad-hoc & strategic analysis, including quarterly business reviews for regional managers and/or other periodic performance updates as needed## Education, Experience & Skill Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other related analytical discipline* 5+ years finance work experience in a dynamic and analytical environment* 2+ years experience in analytics or finance within the generation business (fossil, mining, solar, battery, wind)* Strong ability to analyze large data sets, summarize and communicate/present effectively* Strong communication skills## Key Metrics* Ensure monthly projections are done timely and accurately* Ensure monthly attribution is done timely and accurately* Respond to ad hoc requests on a timely manner#LI-Hybrid#LI-ND1**Job Family**Finance**Company**Vistra Nuclear Operations Company**Locations**Glen Rose, TexasTexas### *We are a company of people committed to:
