We are seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our team of passionate patient caregivers covering the Milwaukee and Madison markets!

Qualifications Required Skills:

One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience

Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record

Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.

Ability to travel frequently required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

Demonstrates high ethical standards in selling company programs and services

Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc. that impact overall hospital operations.

Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

Responsibilities Responsible for meeting growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public. Prepares a development plan, conducts calls and presentations to potential referral sources, and initiates and coordinates contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
