What you will do:
Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope definition, WBS development, integrated schedule (Gantt), critical path analysis, and budget creation and control.
Develop and maintain program management plans including quality, risk, procurement, and cost optimization, partnering cross-functionally to ensure execution.
Lead cross-functional program teams by estimating and assigning resources, defining roles and deliverables, providing performance feedback, and coaching and mentoring team members; may directly manage and develop staff.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through effective stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
Drive results in high-pressure environments, exercising sound judgment and decision-making amid ambiguity while maintaining strong emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.
Influence without direct authority to align teams toward shared goals and outcomes.
Maintain a customer-centric approach by incorporating end-user feedback, communicating changes, and ensuring program goals align with broader organizational objectives.
Demonstrate a growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
HEAVY focus on driving & maintaining our Cost Out & Strategic Projects, setting direction for MAKO/ET Operations team, and providing inputs for Ortho Tech Division
Minimum Qualifications:
BS or equivalent (MS and/or MBA preferred)
8+ years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred
Salary:
$ 118,000
- $ 196,000
salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
