Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing operations.

Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and services, ensuring favorable terms and supplier performance.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs while preventing production delays and stockouts.

Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations for inbound materials and outbound finished products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement solutions for improved efficiency and resilience.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, material shortages, and logistics challenges, to maintain production continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory, procurement, and production planning.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and demand forecasting methodologies.

Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills with a track record of driving process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Experience with ERP module implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP PP/MM)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Background in sustainable sourcing or supply chain ethics
