Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Implement and enforce robust safety, quality, and environmental compliance programs. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and process optimization. Ensure equipment reliability and facility maintenance through effective planning and execution. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, sales, R&D) to align plant activities with overall business goals. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing plant budgets and P&L. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams and drive cultural change. In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance regulations. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Proven track record in successful capital project management Background in supply chain optimization or logistics Experience managing unionized workforces Job Titles That Should Apply
