Overview POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and oversee customer implementation, monitoring, and support processes and procedures supporting the Enhanced Risk Payments program. Responsible for development, execution and quality control of software application specifications, application upgrades and impact on operations and software users. Salary Range:

$85,000-$130,000 / annually

Responsibilities

Oversee projects supporting the development and implementation of the Enhanced Risk Payments program at the direction of the AVP of Payments and Technology.

Consult with the AVP regarding the training and development of employees supporting the Enhanced Risk Payments program.

Review policies and procedures for efficiency; assure operational practices are properly established for the Enhanced Risk Payments program.

Coordinate implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Provide training as needed for systems utilized by the Operations department for payment processing.

Research new external developments or ideas that would affect operations, through trade and other publications and occasional outside visits or meetings.

Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.

Hybrid work considerations : When working hybrid, access to an internet connection and a dedicated, private, professional space to hold video conference meetings is required. A manager may change the parameters of an employee’s hybrid working location, dates, and/or times. Dress code and end-user computer policies apply, including confidentiality and private space for client-related documents. Regular check-ins and timely responsiveness to customer and employee requests are essential.

Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Physical Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of item processing, ACH processing, merchant card acquiring systems and bank operations.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Ability to use analytical skills to solve practical and technical problems; ability to interpret a variety of instructions; ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
