At DCI Marketing, we design and build high-impact dealership environments (millwork, fixtures, graphics, digital displays, furniture, and full facility renovations) for the world’s top automotive brands. This role sits at the center of our sales and project teams: you’ll create accurate, competitive, and beautifully presented budgets and proposals that help us win automotive showroom projects.Collaborate with our sales team to review scopes, clarify requirements, and secure client approvals
Prepare proposal letters, qualifications, clarifications, and exclusions
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas)
Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections)
Experience navigating drawings and pulling dimensions accurately using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Ability to write clear, professional proposal documents with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain inclusions/exclusions confidently
Team player who enjoys collaborating with sales, design, and project management
2+ years of estimating or project management experience in millwork, fixtures, or construction
Familiarity with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar takeoff software
