Responsibilities Support Enterprise‑wide internal Ethics investigations. Conduct investigations of suspected Ethics violations—including case creation & triaging, interviewing, data analysis, report writing, and case closure. Work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and document findings. Interface with Legal, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Management, Security, and program management.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan multiple concurrent tasks daily

Ability to work independently and solve problems

Strong analytical & investigatory skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to reach conclusions that impact company financials

Basic Qualifications (Level 3)

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience, or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of the degree

Basic Qualifications (Level 4)

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience, or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of the degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Ethics and/or Compliance

Previous investigation experience

Experience with Quality Assurance

Experience in the government/defense industry

Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and mandatory disclosure

Salary Range Primary Level: $81,400.00–$141,200.00. Secondary Level: $101,400.00–$176,300.00.

Benefits May be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. VP or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (vacation and/or personal business).
