Project Supervisor Rate of pay: $20.00
1st Shift: 6am-6pm – Must be flexible for shift hours
Must be able to travel up to 4 hrs – Must have a clear motor vehicle report and a valid driver's license
Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.
Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
Manage customer relationships.
Complete required training classes.
Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Positive attitude and self‑motivated
Detail oriented
2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
Experience with business‑to‑business customer relations
Must have a valid Driver's License
May Require: Travel to customer facility on short notice
