Responsibilities
Understand all aspects of equipment leasing contracts
Learning and advising on Lease purchase program, LP coaching and support to improve LP profitability and lower LP turnover
Meet with LP DM's, help the DM’s become more successful in their performance
Maintain maintenance charge backs for LP drivers
Monitor LP Balance Statements
Preferred Experience
3-5 years experience in Transportation
3-5 years experience working with equipment leasing contracts
