Base pay range $19.50/hr - $21.00/hr

What You’ll Do As a Facilities Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality‑of‑life improver. You will lead team members engaged in facilities operations, such as cleaning and maintenance, and ensure a safe working environment and productivity among your team.
Responsibilities
Serve as a working lead coordinating activities of service employees engaged in cleaning and/or light maintenance of smaller, less complex facilities of commercial, health care, school, residence hall, or other establishments.
Assists in monitoring employee productivity.
Orient and train employees.
Perform cleaning and/or light maintenance assignments in addition to lead duties.
Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring
Successful candidates will be team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
1 or more years of related work experience.
If applicable, may be required to hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
