Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care in their home and community settings Support participants to engage in community activities and pursue personal goals Collaborate with a team of clinical staff and supervisors to coordinate care and services Promote safety, dignity, and independence for participants What You’ll Bring To Sevita
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible Vehicle: Valid Driver\'s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance Benefits
