Position Summary The Manager of Therapy Services provides leadership and operational oversight for rehabilitation services, including therapy staff, clinical workflows, and service delivery. This role ensures therapy services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and patient care priorities. The Manager of Therapy Services supports quality outcomes, staff development, and continuous improvement across therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and professional practice standards.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization within therapy services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies related to therapy practice.
Monitor performance metrics, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction to drive service improvements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders and providers to coordinate patient-centered rehabilitation care.
Support budgeting, program development, and performance improvement initiatives within therapy services.
