Status Full‑time
Wage $35–$48 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
Complete required record‑keeping related to admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
Coordinate daily with nursing staff and support personnel to plan shift services, programs, and activities, ensuring residents’ care regimens are maintained.
Prepare and administer medication; review medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for quality care.
Lead nursing personnel and conduct daily unit rounds to ensure staff provides direct care in accordance with residents’ care plans and wishes.
Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies.
Qualifications
Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Must hold a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state.
Knowledgeable in nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to nursing care facilities.
Experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
Must possess an active CPR/BLS Certification.
