Job Title:
Associate Mental Health Clinician (Outpatient/Field Based)
Division/Program:
Adult Full Service Partnership
Starting Compensation:
75000 - 85000 USD Per Year
Working Location:
Fresno, CA
Working Hours/Shift:
Work Schedule: Option to work either Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or a 4 day/10 hour schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday). Working hours are approximate and may include flexibility as needed to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Identify immediate risks and needs and develop a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team.
Identify ongoing treatment needs and develop plans, diagnoses, and update problem lists as needed.
Facilitate treatment team meetings.
Provide services in various settings using a "whatever it takes" approach, including homes, schools/work, and community and office settings.
Drive to and from off-site locations in a personal vehicle to provide services; may be required to transport participants.
Be available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and problem resolution; on-call is scheduled on a rotating basis.
Document all services provided clearly and concisely within the Electronic Health Record within established timelines.
Complete required reports and documentation for regulatory bodies in collaboration with the team.
Qualifications
Master''s degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university.
(1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
Experience in a community-based therapy setting preferred.
Mental Health Specialist II: Licensed as AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
Valid California Driver’s License.
