Overview Dream Big is an amazing pediatric therapy clinic that provides services birth to early adulthood with the best therapy and support for all our families and team members. We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist who wants to be part of a multidisciplinary clinic. This caseload will be created from the waitlist as we grow our PT department. The position is full time (40 hours) or part time (20–30 hours) with a start date of end of January / early February. The schedule is four days a week (Monday–Thursday) from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The majority of the caseload is birth to 14 years old. Clinicians work individually and as a team to complete diagnostic assessments and create treatment goals. We offer cotreatment and individual therapy sessions. Our typical caseload includes early intervention, medically complex kiddos, spina bifida, infants with torticollis, neurodivergent individuals, post-op or pre/post-surgical cases, orthotics, and developmental milestones. Training is provided in all areas.

Responsibilities

Daily treatment notes and administering evaluations

Creating treatment plans and coordinating with other professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach

Co-treating and providing individual therapy sessions as part of a team

Participating in weekly therapy team meetings to discuss clients, learn new strategies, and develop plans for each family

Qualifications & Expectations

Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist or eligible to practice as a PT specializing in pediatrics

Interest and passion for pediatrics and family-centered care

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
