Overview We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support patient recovery, working closely with Physical and Occupational Therapists.
Responsibilities
Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check‑in and appointment time.
Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications Required
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18+ years old.
Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
Preferred
Experience as a Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, or in related settings.
Certified Personal Trainer experience.
Education or experience in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
