Description & Requirements SAP reporting Analysts are responsible for the design, building and support of data models to support the analytical needs of our users across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Finance, Treasury, Sales and Supply chain areas. As our business offerings evolve, we adjust our data models to reflect the new offerings. We are accountable to stay abreast of new SAP technologies and how to best leverage them to improve our systems and processes, providing value to our team and business counterparts. SAP Reporting Core Responsibilities
Research and understand key business processes and develop data models to support the analytical/reporting needs
Be able to work in all aspects of reporting projects (Requirements, design, development, testing, training, maintenance)
Investigate new technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve our data models and user experience
Collaborate with business stakeholders, as well as Engineering, to solve business problems
Be a self‑directed, hard‑working team member who’s equally comfortable working independently as well as part of our highly collaborative team
Demonstrate leadership skills, particularly in project management and meeting facilitation
Deliver sound reporting solutions that are easy to understand /maintain and scalable
Provide ad‑hoc analysis as requested by key end users
Hands‑on experience with SAP BI Tools including BW, SAP BDC, Data sphere, HANA modeling, AO and SAC
ETL experience, including coding of BW transformations and user exits
Be able to explain business process with various stakeholders
Mentor and grow team members around new technologies and processes
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s or above (Computer Science preferred)
7+ years of SAP BW working knowledge (Data extraction, transformation, reporting, dashboards)
Knowledge of KEY SAP cross functional areas (Order‑to‑cash, Procure‑to‑pay, Accounting, Receivables, Supply chain, Fixed Assets)
ABAP programming
SAP HANA/Data sphere modeling
SAP Analytics Cloud
SQL programming
Familiar with agile working methodology
Knowledge of SAP BDC(Business data warehouse cloud)
Salary Range = 100 - 115 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
