Shift Incentives
$2/hr Shift Diff for 7pm-7am
$3/hr Shift Diff for Weekend Hours
Overview As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care, evaluates patient needs, revises care plans, and provides clinical supervision to C‑NAs and LPNs.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and support to patients.
Assess patient and family needs and evaluate clinical status.
Revise care plans based on changes in patient condition.
Offer clinical supervision to C‑NAs and LPNs.
Interpret and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and positive attitude toward patients.
Use reasoning skills, good judgment, and communicate productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Licensure
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Current RN license in good standing in applicable state.
Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current.
