Consultant, CVM Global Operations & Logistics
We are looking for a highly organized Consultant Coordinator Global CVM Logistic to support global execution of Creative Visual Merchandising initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of assets for seasonal campaigns, activations, and new store openings.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and shipping guidance for global CVM programs
Maintain delivery trackers and escalate delays when needed
Partner with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues
Support documentation and reporting for project execution
Qualifications & Competencies
2–4 years of logistics coordination, supply chain, operations, or related experience
Luxury retail experience preferred
Strong understanding of shipping, customs processes, and delivery tracking
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboard reporting)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite & SharePoint
Power BI dashboard and reporting experience
SAP logistics tracking system or similar ERP experience preferred
Comfortable with vendor portals and online tracking tools
Availability Needed Start Date: Feb 17 - Mar 27
Return on May 4 - May 29
Return on Aug 17 - Dec 11
The target hourly rate for this position is $40/hr.
