Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant

Dublin, OH (Onsite / Hybrid as required)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant
to support the implementation, enhancement, and operational stability of warehouse solutions. This role will serve as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
across Manhattan Active WMS, partnering closely with business users, IT, and operations during go‑lives and ongoing warehouse execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
functional SME
for Manhattan Active WMS across configuration, setup, and solution design
Lead and support
WMS implementations , upgrades, and enhancements
Configure and support
Labor Management (LMS)
within Manhattan Active
Develop, analyze, and maintain
SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) reports
Support
go‑live activities , including cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution
Partner with warehouse operations to support
day‑to‑day execution and continuous improvement
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional WMS solutions
Execute functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and issue troubleshooting
Provide user training, documentation, and post‑implementation support
Required Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with
Manhattan Active WMS
(functional configuration and support)
Proven experience with
WMS implementations and production support
Solid knowledge of
warehouse operations
(inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, etc.)
Experience with
Labor Management (LMS)
Experience creating and supporting
SCI Reporting
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in
Dublin, OH , as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
multi‑site distribution environments
Prior go‑live and hypercare support experience
Consulting background or experience working with 3PLs or large distribution networks
