Large Loss Re-Construction Project Manager

THIS IS A MID-LEVEL POSITION: Pay dependent on experience.
Duties
Prepares/reviews documentation to include notes, photos, and documents according to company policies and procedures.
Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps in-person to customers.
Supervises sub-contractors or in house carpenters assigned to the job.
Utilizes excellent technical skills and customer service skills to work through difficult situations.
Completes assigned jobs according to company processes, maintains quality control within the budget of each job.
Performs daily monitoring on active residential and/or commercial jobs and communicates with customers.
Inspects and scopes jobs onsite.
Interfaces with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the project.
Performs quality assurance inspections after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval, requests payments when necessary.
Qualifications / Experience
Strong knowledge of restoration / re-construction industry.
Can work multiple losses at $70k and above.
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record (no DUI, DWI, or reckless in the past 5 years).
Background check, no felonies or certain misdemeanors.
Ability to work independently or lead a team.
Exhibits professionalism, maturity, and a willingness to serve the customer.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
Prioritizes activities and meets deadlines.
Minimum 3 years in the residential/commercial restoration/re-construction industry.
Ability to budget jobs.
