Talent Acquisition Recruiter I

This entry level role supports the execution of the company’s talent acquisition strategy by managing full‑cycle recruiting activities across the organization. The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, advising leaders on market conditions and hiring strategies, and strengthening the employer brand and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers by understanding workforce needs, role requirements, and business priorities.
Build effective relationships with leaders across the organization to design and execute recruiting programs to meet their needs.
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer coordination, and onboarding transition. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the applicant tracking system, including notes, communications, and disposition codes.
Capture and monitor workforce planning with business units to gather requirements for strategic hires.
Post advertisements for openings and monitor all job postings in ATS, state websites and through other advertisement sources.
Find talented individuals to meet company requirements, using social media forums, career fair attendance, cold calling, college recruiting, employee referral program, and other creative methods to identify
