Supply Tech (Days) Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)
LCMC Health is looking for a dedicated Supply Technician to join our team in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment. The role involves receiving, insuring, and distributing supplies and equipment to clinical and support areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean work environment. Responsibilities
Unloads commercial freight, verifies packing lists, and signs for goods. Notifies purchasing of discrepancies and processes damage claims. Receives, processes, and delivers express packages using handheld devices. Matches deliveries to purchase orders, generates receiving reports, and performs decontamination of equipment. Monitors and maintains inventory in storerooms and PAR locations, rotating stock and removing outdated items. Delivers freight and special purchase items to all locations, verifying requisitions and closing all work by shift end. Assists in cycle counts, shelf audits, and inventories, ensuring all transactions are processed beforehand. Secures valuable items, reports safety hazards, and keeps workspaces clean and organized. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience. Preferred: Experience in shipping, receiving, picking goods, logistics, distribution, purchasing, warehousing, or inventory management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer service skills and problem‑solving attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with electronic handheld devices for inventory and use of a laptop or desktop. Reporting Relationships
No formal supervisory responsibilities. Work Shift
