Who You Are

As a

Scrum Master II , you are the facilitator, bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development. By serving as a facilitator for agile teams, working under the scrum methodology, you’ll be the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint. Our scrum masters believe communication is key and strive to build relationships throughout the organization. You’ll keep the teams on track and maximize productivity to speedily deliver value to our internal customers with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with development teams to ensure they follow Scrum framework values and agile practices

Facilitate decision-making processes and eliminate team impediments to support digital initiatives

Mentor and motivate development teams to optimize processes and increase productivity

Design and lead workshops to educate and advocate for Scrum framework values and agile practices

Inspire individual growth by coaching team members to be self-organizing and accountable

Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need

4+ years of experience on a software development teams with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master

Demonstrated proficiency of agile methods

Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively

Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively present ideas and facilitate discussions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
