3 Months Contract to hire (W2, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Description Responsible for a team's collaboration, transparency, and delivering product releases while meeting quality standards and milestones. Identifies and procures all necessary resources to meet project specifications. Facilitates Agile rituals and provides sprint-level reporting.
Responsibilities
Facilitates seamless collaboration and maximizes team performance by driving continuous improvement within assigned technical and non-technical teams.
Ensure rapid and timely delivery of business value streams and achievement of goals.
Mentor and coach teams (including the Product Owner) in Agile practices and mindset.
Foster a growth mindset and spirit of continuous improvement and learning.
Remove impediments to team progress whether internal to the team or organizational in nature and, when necessary, escalates impediments to facilitate rapid resolution.
Support and educate product owners, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog and decision making.
Ensure effective communication within and across teams.
Influence and facilitate the empowerment of a self‑organizing team.
Schedule and facilitate cross‑functional meetings.
Ensure appropriate progress tools, information radiators, and reports effectively provide transparency on the team’s progress and productivity.
Perform risk, issue, and dependency management for the team.
Ensure release management practices align to enterprise standards.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of Agile experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous scrum master experience desired.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related discipline with an information technology background and extensive related IT Technical or Customer Support experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Azure DevOps and GHERKIN knowledge.
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively.
Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently.
Certified Scrum Master preferred.
