Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

A leading manufacturer in the electronics industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

Candidates Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required for this role.

5+ years of human resources management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience as a human resources leader in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with 400+ employees.

Demonstrated employee relations, recruitment and benefits experience.

Working knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws.

PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus for this role, not a requirement.
