Practice Mgr II – Weight Management and Obesity Medicine
Join Piedmont as a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of a weight management and obesity medicine practice. Work collaboratively with physicians and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Supports the overall day‑to‑day administrative and clinical activities of the practice.
Works with Director of Physician Operations to implement and oversee operational activities and programs to ensure attainment of business plans.
Collaborates with area director and practice physicians to ensure efficient daily operation of assigned practices.
Supervises and evaluates practice staff.
Ensures an effective operating environment, safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a closely related field. In lieu of degree, six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted.
Work Experience: 4 years of experience in a medical practice, hospital or other health care setting with demonstrated leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of degree, a total of ten (10) years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications: None required.
