Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing payroll for clients.
Maintain accurate employee data and payroll records.
Verify timekeeping information and resolve discrepancies.
Provide support for payroll-related inquiries.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Maintain good client relationships.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This is an in-office position located in Oak Ridge, TN.
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
