The Role We’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy Corporate Recruiter with a professional, polished presence and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. This person will sit within our Recruiting Center of Excellence team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional talent across creative and corporate functions. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad portfolio of roles, including creative positions (Marketing, Graphic Design, Brand Management, eCommerce) and corporate functions (Procurement, Compliance, Finance, Operations and will be responsible for driving both innovation and consistency across the organization.

As a strategic partner, you will consult with hiring managers, mentor more junior recruiters, and collaborate with sourcing specialists to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines. You will also champion employer branding initiatives and ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey.

What This Role Will Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for creative and corporate roles, owning every step of the process from kickoff to offer acceptance.

Act as a center of excellence, providing consultative guidance, market insights, and best practices to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Partner with hiring managers to run recruiting kickoff meetings, define role requirements, and provide consultative guidance throughout the process.

Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture & business strategy to present talent profiles that deliver on the hiring needs of the business

Conduct phone screens and interviews, assess candidate qualifications and cultural value-add, and manage feedback loops.

Collaborate with sourcers to build diverse, high-quality pipelines and ensure timely delivery of talent.

Drive offer negotiations and manage strong closing strategies to secure top talent.

Track and report on key recruiting metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and use insights to optimize recruiting strategies.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies in partnership with sourcers to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Participate and support in purpose-driven career fairs, conferences, and events to attract talent

Stay informed on labor market conditions, recruiting technology, and industry best practices to ensure competitive and effective hiring approaches.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

What This Person Will Bring

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, whether in-house or at an agency

3+ years of progressive recruiting experience across multiple disciplines (creative, corporate or tech), ideally in entertainment, technology, retail, or creative industries.

Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive talent for diverse roles

Strong consultative skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

The individual should have strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, along with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and strong ability to screen, interview, and present candidate slates aligned with skill and experience criteria of open roles

Passion for people, talent, and building strong teams

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace is required, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday or GEM AI a plus.

Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel

Ability to quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function specialty

The Expected Compensation For This Position Is $84,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
