In this role you will:
Greet and welcome patients.
Ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.
Obtain patient information, doctor information and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.
Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.
This is a hospital-based Laboratory environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Excellent computer skills, required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous customer service experience, preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
