Senior Talent Acquisition Contractor — Sandy Springs, GA — 6+ Month Contract — Pay Range: 55 - 62/hr, W 2

Must have 7 years of Corporate Recruiting experience

Client is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Contractor to support the end-to-end staffing strategy and activities for a high volume, project-based engagement to support the merger of Client Financial Services. The initial contract is expected to last for six months, with the possibility of an extension based upon need, to staff 100+ positions during this time.

Job Overview This contract opportunity will support all talent acquisition activities, starting with the creation of staffing plans in partnership with senior leadership, through the entire recruitment process inclusive of posting, sourcing, screening and selection of applicants. For this highly visible and critical role, we are looking for a strong TA professional who can quickly get up to speed on the nuances of this project, and comes with extensive experience and a wealth of understanding of the recruitment process and resources. The successful candidate will require very little supervision and will skillfully take ownership of all related components of the hiring for this project.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all "in scope" hiring manager intake meetings, job postings, screening and sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters

Proactively collaborates with senior-level managers as hiring needs are identified to establish staffing priorities and "best fit" qualifications

Works closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Head of Talent Management to align on project milestones and directives

Partners with members of the Compensation and People Partner teams to ensure accuracy with job descriptions and leveling requirements

Partners with other members of the TA team to align on the strategic placement of postings on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to broaden the awareness for open positions that are difficult/critical to fill

Provides weekly reports to document progress and attends regular meetings with key stakeholders

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge and experience of the talent acquisition lifecycle to direct strategies, initiatives and activities to support the hiring manager and candidate experience

Anticipates needs and is proactive in supporting the immediate and long-term needs of hiring managers

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong communicator and ability to build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including executives

Strong business acumen including problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration across multiple functions and departments

Adept at processing and organizing daily tasks in a rapidly changing environment

Skill and confidence in addressing ambiguous and sometimes complex requests requiring very little direct guidance

Skilled in creating a strategic framework that integrates the "big picture" with tactical execution

Strong teamwork and partnering skills

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, with emphasis in Business Administration/Management or Human Resource Management

7 years' talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a corporate environment

Working knowledge of Taleo and/or other contemporary ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Experience leading large-scale, high volume projects

Experience leading a team preferred

Additional Skills

Comprehensive knowledge in all areas of talent acquisition including internal and external selection practices

Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws

Interviewing experience with behavioral based interview method

Must maintain comprehensive knowledge of:

Interdepartmental relationships and their effect on company, departmental and individual goals

Software that is applicable to the job

Human Resources policies, practices, laws and their application in the MBUSA environment

HRIS (PeopleSoft) and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
