Harba is expanding our onsite recruitment team and is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our dedicated RPO team. This client is a manufacturing plant in Fishers with plans of hiring hundreds of employees in coming years. Reporting to the onsite Talent Acquisition Manager and working alongside the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to make an impact in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
This is a fully onsite role working in Fishers, IN 5 days/week. Please do not apply if you are seeking hybrid/remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing, social media, networking, and other creative channels. Creative sourcing is absolutely required with minimal reliance on job postings.
Recruitment Execution:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the onsite Recruitment Manager and Lead Recruiter to align on priorities and deliver hiring goals.
Employer Branding:
Represent the client's brand and Harba’s RPO partnership in all candidate interactions.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency, corporate, or RPO experience preferred).
Ready to work hard in a fast‑paced and high demand environment
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions
Knowledge of best practices in candidate experience and employer branding
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
