HR Administrator
plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position ensures accurate recordkeeping, assists with onboarding and compliance, and provides administrative support across HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer incoming employee calls and respond promptly to Ask Here messages, providing professional and accurate assistance. Manage the HR department email inbox and route messages to the appropriate team members as needed. Process and monitor background checks and Predictive Index assessments for candidates. Post and maintain job postings in the Paycom applicant tracking system. Prepare and distribute team members' offer letters and assist with other employment documentation. Perform PTO auditing and track accruals to ensure system accuracy. Complete government verification of employment (VOE) requests in a timely manner. Handle Paycom updates for employee transfers, promotions, and status changes. Maintain and process Team Member Update Forms to ensure accurate HR records. Conduct E-Verify weekly audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Manage COBRA packets and coordinate benefit continuation notices. Support monthly anniversary and promotion recognition communications. Compile and submit Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), JOLTS, and OER reporting as required. Provide PTS Portal support and coverage as needed. Support ongoing HR initiatives, data integrity, and process improvement efforts. What a Human Resources Assistant Brings to the Table:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of HR administrative or coordinator experience (multi-unit experience a plus). Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Paycom. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). What We Offer:
