A Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 years of general systems engineering experience. A master's degree or PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 13 years of general systems engineering experience. A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 19 years of relevant systems engineering experience is also acceptable. Certifications

As a RF Systems Engineer you will provide systems engineering and other technical assistance to our customer's Tactical Radio Frequency Operations innovation organization dedicated to demonstrating innovative multi-access approaches to collection/geolocation/analysis through research, experiment, and prototype activities. The selected systems engineer will facilitate the mission by coordinating the system resources used in the labs. They will coordinate the acquisition, deployment, configuration, and accreditation of both virtual and bare metal compute systems. Additionally, they will coordinate with relevant stakeholders across both the IC to facilitate the analysis of requirements, relative priority, project scope and objectives, resource requirements, data flow authorization, and schedules for proposed new and on-going/follow-on efforts. Familiarity with capabilities and configuration of both virtual and bare metal compute systems suitable for use in collection, processing, and analysis of SIGINT data. Individual Capabilities
Must have strong written and oral communicative skills. Ability to assist in developing a new or innovative approach to a technical or engineering issue. Ability to assist in conducting an evaluation to determine its suitability for project implementation. Must be able to independently make decisions regarding engineering issues and methodology for a project and brief stakeholders and present the status on all technical aspects of their project.
