You'll also play a key role in maintaining effective communication with our operations team, various state agencies, and our Corporate Licensing Department, ensuring smooth and timely license acquisitions and renewals.Join Copart and take your career to new heights in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment!**Essential Functions:*** Review and process applications and renewal forms for essential business licenses and permits, ensuring seamless operations.* Authenticate documents and liaise with relevant agencies to gather any missing information.* Compile and submit comprehensive license applications and renewal packets with precision.* Collaborate closely with peers and executive personnel to secure necessary documents and signatures efficiently.* Meet stringent deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient license acquisitions and renewals.* Support the team by maintaining accurate records, updating database systems, and compiling necessary information.* Prepare insightful summary reports for upper management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.* Proactively research and resolve any licensing issues that arise, ensuring compliance.* Engage with cross-functional teams to drive business and compliance goals, contributing to the organization's overall success.**Skills and Experience:*** Exemplary accuracy and keen attention to detail in managing data entry and maintaining precise accounting records for license applications and renewals.* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and external partners.* Proven ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.* Strong team player, excelling in a collaborative environment while skillfully handling various tasks.**Required Experience**:* 2 + Years of experience in Operation/Business Licensing preferred* Education and/or experience equivalent to a 2-year Degree in business* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office* Avalara License Management Software is preferred### #LI-KK1## **Benefits Summary:**
