We're searching for a Systems Administrator I who will play a crucial role in maintaining our core systems and providing outstanding IT support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem‑solving and user support in a structured, professional setting. Key Responsibilities

Support both internal and external users by monitoring and troubleshooting core and member delivery systems. Manage asset inventory, perform software updates, and maintain secure systems. Maintain workstation images and deploy new workstations as needed to branch locations. Provide help desk support, resolving technical issues via phone, online, and in person. Assist in maintaining IT procedures and uphold security standards. Test and install software patches, firmware upgrades, operating system upgrades/patches to workstations and other network‑joined systems using an endpoint management system. Associate’s degree or higher in Network Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of systems administration experience, ideally within financial services.
