Call Center Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience handling inbound/outbound CS or sales calls.
Excellent telephone skills.
Proven history of inside sales, internet marketing and/or scheduling service appointments.
Ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Superb customer service skills with proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
Ability to meet or exceed department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance.
Basic computer knowledge including Google Docs and efficient typing and writing skills.
Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
