Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection of parts and assemblies on the manufacturing floor (30% of time).
Inspect enclosure/tank components (20% of time).
Document inspection data, transform data into statistical reports for continuous improvement (50% of time).
Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and SOP updates to address quality issues.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and good eye for details.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and communicate effectively.
Flexible shift availability (1st or 2nd shift) with overtime willingness.
