What You Will Do
Be friendly, professional, and engage customers to help answer questions.
Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise.
Help customers and staff move merchandise safely.
Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles.
Replenish shelves for the next customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store environment.
Travel Requirements This role does not require regular travel; however, it may need to travel on occasion for meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
What We're Looking For
Schedule: Typically 39 to 40 hours per week for full-time or up to 25 hours per week for part-time; more hours may be required based on store needs.
Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
Physical ability to stand, sit, and perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, and to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Ability to obtain sales‑related licensure or registration as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail experience.
6 months experience as a Loader at any home‑improvement or hardware retailer.
6 months experience working in any Lowe's retail department.
6 months experience in retail merchandising, including performing zone recovery, stocking, downsizing, facing/fronting products, pricing, signage, and housekeeping.
6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
