Position Summary We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Studio Manager to lead our St. Charles location. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a guest‑facing environment, enjoys coaching teams to win, and is passionate about health, wellness, and personal development.
Our best managers are on the floor, engaging with guests, driving membership growth, and setting the standard for service and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive membership sales through in‑studio engagement, outreach, lead follow‑up, and guest education
Lead, train, and motivate a high‑performing team focused on results and exceptional service
Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards
Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and guest feedback to consistently meet or exceed goals
Create a welcoming, professional, and energetic studio culture for guests and staff
Serve as a hands‑on role model, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Represent the Perspire brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications
Proven experience leading teams to meet or exceed sales and service goals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
2+ years of experience in sales, fitness, or retail management
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best
High sense of urgency balanced with the ability to inspire and develop people
Comfortable using technology, POS systems, and CRM tools
Open availability — studios are open early and close late, 7 days a week
A track record of excellence — you don’t settle for “just okay”
