Underground Telecom Foreman
At Ansco & Associates, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone follows safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Assist in training crew members
Read and understand blueprints
Ensure safety compliance with company policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Assist Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
Communicate with property owners regarding work to be performed and resolve issues
Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; preferred education and work experience
At least three years of related work experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposure
Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; lift >55 lbs.
Use ladder, keyboard, and mouse as needed.
