Overview The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of the maintenance staff in the Sherburne Branch office. They will perform maintenance of the building’s electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance staff.

Guidance, direction, and oversight of work load to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Set and approve employee’s work schedule.

Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing professional growth opportunities.

Provide clear and regular performance feedback and coaching.

Document performance feedback and other personnel matters.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Knowledge of leave policies and coordinating with HR.

Verify and approve timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies.

Ensure that all the maintenance activities are carried out as per the guidelines.

Ensuring proper working shifts of staff members.

Delegating work to subordinates and ensure timely completion.

Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the company.

Interact with divisions to ensure the proper functioning of all systems in the facility.

Maintain compliance with all safety norms and regulations set by the industry.

Perform maintenance tasks as necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

GED

2 years in any facilities management position

Skills & Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines,

Good leadership skills.

Organizational skills.

Professional attitude.

Market Range 5 / 40 hours per week

Salary: $43,900-$68,300
