Join our fast‑paced manufacturing team! Texas Tissue Converting is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. We take pride in our state‑of‑the‑art equipment and our commitment to a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead and guide production teams. Enforce safety and company standards. Manage workflow, schedules, and training. Monitor output and drive improvements. Foster and grow the company culture of teamwork, respect and continual improvement. Support company’s certifications and outside agency requirements such as ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and customer system requirements. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required. Paper or food industry experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. High‑school diploma required; technical degree a plus. Physically able to meet job demands. Able to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and potential holidays. Additional Information Work hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (alternating weekends and holidays).
